Please unpack your print carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.
It is my hope that you will be delighted with the luminous print you’ve purchased. However, if you are not happy with it, you may notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days of receipt for a full refund. Refunds will be issued once the print is received by the studio, is inspected, and is seen to be in the same pristine condition that it was in when it was shipped to you. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
We also require all returned prints to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with us that the print will be returned. So, if you receive a print you’ve purchased from Emboddity and are not fully satisfied, you have:
Seven (7) days to contact us about your intent to return the print
Three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the print. Do not ship the print before contacting us.
If you do not notify us of your intent to return the print within (seven) 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the print within (three) 3 days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions will apply. Please email us at email@example.com for an assessment of your specific situation.)
How to Return an Original, Undamaged Print
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your print delivery date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to give us your order information.
Step 2 – Repackage the print using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar packaging materials to send the print back safely and securely to us.
Step 3 – Email email@example.com to complete the return process. The return shipping address will be provided to you when you have contacted us to inform us of the return.
Once the print safely reaches us in undamaged condition, Emboddity will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to you in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any). Damaged prints caused by improper packaging by the buyer will not be refunded.
What to Do If The Print Arrives Damaged
Step 1 – If your new luminous print arrives in a damaged state, please email us within two (2) days at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information.
Step 2 - Save original packaging!
Step 3 - Take photos of the damaged print and packaging. Please email these photos to email@example.com
Step 4 - We will contact you within three (3) days to discuss next steps.
Each luminous abstract metal print will be created individually. We strive to get your purchase to you as soon as possible but please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery depending on where you live. We will notify you if delays in shipping arise.
Shipping to U.S. and Canada is free.
International Shipping fees between $50-$200 will apply depending on the country and the size of artwork.
